Are you heading home for the holidays? Well, Lauren Graham, Scott Patterson, and Sean Gunn returned to Stars Hollow for the festive season.

The stars of Gilmore Girls, who portrayed Lorelai Gilmore, Luke Danes, and Kirk Gleason, respectively, reunited for a new Walmart holiday commercial. This is the first time fans of the beloved series have seen them together on screen since the 2016 special miniseries Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. In the ad (below), Gunn is shown carrying a Walmart package across the iconic Stars Hollow town square and delivering it to Patterson at Luke’s Diner. Graham then greets Gunn as she enters the cherished eatery and tells Patterson in true Lorelai style, “Coffee, coffee, coffee please.”

"Coming right up," Patterson replies as he pulls out the Walmart package containing a Keurig coffee machine (an ideal gift for Lorelai, don't you think?)

"You shouldn't have," Graham remarks, to which Patterson jokes, "I had to, you're drinking me out of business." The commercial concludes with the onscreen couple gazing upward as snowflakes fall, since winter and snow are among Lorelai's favorite things (smells like snow, right?)

Graham, Patterson, and Gunn appeared in Gilmore Girls for seven seasons, from 2000 to 2007. The show, which also featured Alexis Bledel, Keiko Agena, Kelly Bishop, Melissa McCarthy, and Yanic Truesdale, focused on the relationship between a thirtysomething single mother and her teenage daughter in the small, fictional town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut.

However, winter isn't the only season for Gilmore Girls as it has become a fall favorite. Based on several years of streaming data, the WB/CW dramedy has experienced a significant increase in viewership every autumn since 2021, when Nielsen started releasing weekly top 10 lists of original and acquired streaming shows in the United States.
