Loki Season 2: new trailer reveals Tom Hiddleston playing with the wires of time

The new trailer promises action, suspense, and unexpected twists that are sure to keep audiences on the edge of their seats. Tom Hiddleston returns to the screen as the mischievous god in the official trailer for Season 2 of the thrilling Disney+ original series "Loki."

In this upcoming season, Hiddleston reprises his iconic role as the god of mischief and is joined by familiar face Owen Wilson, who portrays Mobius M. Mobius. Also joining the cast is the talented Ke Huy Quan, known for his Oscar-winning performance in "Everything Everywhere All At Once." Quan plays a mysterious character working for the Time Variance Authority, adding more intrigue to the already captivating storyline.

The events of Season 2 unfold after the aftermath of "Avengers: Endgame," where Loki teams up with the Time Variance Authority to track down and confront superhero variants causing chaos across different timelines of the multiverse. However, the tables have turned for Mobius M. Mobius, as he grapples with a significant loss of memory following the Season 1 finale.

Returning actors include Eugene Cordero, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Tara Strong, Rafael Casal, and more, adding depth and familiarity to the show's ensemble cast. Additionally, fans can anticipate the debut of Kate Dickie from "Game of Thrones," who will be portraying an enigmatic villain in the series.

Season 2 will comprise six exciting episodes, all written by the talented Eric Martin, who delighted audiences with the previous season.
