Another star is born? Bradley Cooper is going to sit on the director's chair again, this time for a biopic about the late Leonard Bernstein, composer for musicals like West Side Story.
The musician, married to Felicia Montealegre until death, was actually homosexual and had many secret relationships with men. Matt Bomer will play one of his lovers, a clarinetist with whom he had a brief relationship.
Carey Mulligan will play Bernstein's wife, and Cooper himself will be the composer protagonist.
The production of Maestro, the title, will start in May, but we don't have a release date yet.
