An always open debate, there are those who vote for Hollywood films from the last century, there are those who prefer niche European films, and those who vote for animation.
As we all know, every film released is judged with an average percentage made by various critics from Rotten Tomatoes who vote.
Among the titles on the list of the 300 best films, we have some Scorsese's, some studio ghibli, Francis Ford Coppola and many Pixar movies.
Some examples of big names that are part of the list are like Citizen Kane (1941), Psycho (1960), The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002), and some of the greatest animated films: Toy Story 3 (2010), Finding Nemo (2003), Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018), Coco (2017), Zootopia (2016) and Inside Out (2015).
All of these mentioned above with a score ranging from 95% to 99%. In fact, there are others that have achieved 100% but in this ranking they are not listed in ascending order and that's why, surprisingly, some with 100% didn't even make it to the final top 20.
Some examples of apparently flawless films, perfect, at least for most people, are 12 Angry Men (1957), Singing in the Rain (1952), M (1931), Grave of the Butterflies (1988) and Before Sunrise (1995).
Finally, here is the coveted ranking of the best films of all time according to Rotten Tomatoes and the first title might surprise you, as it is less well known than other great classics.
