Anna Faris, playing Shelley Darlingson in The House Bunny, shared her desire for a sequel of the film with an idea of her new character.

Faris explained, “For a while, I was like, Shelley should be a bad country singer, and then I was thinking, ‘No, she should be a CIA interrogator.’”

The House Bunny stars Anna Faris as Shelley, a Playboy Bunny who has been kicked out of Hugh Hefner’s mansion after being considered too old for the role at 27. She ultimately joins the awkard members of Zeta Alpha Zeta sorority, recalling the years as a Bunny while teaching the girls how to attract boys.

In an interview with People, she described her role as Shelley as “life-changing.” Faris affirmed, “I loved playing a character who was not competitive with other people, and who was really wonderful. That made me want to lead my life with compliments. It felt like kind of a way to combat jealous feelings.”
