A new high-concept sci-fi is presented to us by the authors of A Quiet Place, Scott Beck and Bryan Woods. New 65 trailer was just released on Sony Pictures. If you've ever wondered how audiences could get new movies that aren't part of the Jurassic World franchise, Beck and Woods have come up with a fresh way to give it to us. The title refers to a time period of 65 million years in the past.
The synopsis reads,“After a catastrophic crash on an unknown planet, pilot Mills quickly discovers he’s actually stranded on Earth — 65 million years ago. Now, with only one chance at a rescue, Mills and the only other survivor, Koa, must make their way across an unknown terrain riddled with dangerous prehistoric creatures.”
The cast of the movie is extremely small, with only Adam Driver and his co-star Ariana Greenblatt, who you might remember as the younger Gamora from Avengers: Infinity War, being prominently featured. Along with receiving writing credits, Beck and Woods will also be directing the film .
65 is due to be released in theaters on March 17.
